Justin is currently Chair of Allwyn (Operator of the National Lottery) Chair of Dexters Real Estate.

Prior to this, Justin was the CEO of Sainsbury’s for 10 years, where he led the business through a major turnaround

Justin was a board member of the London Olympic Committee the UK Prime Minister’s Business Advisory Group. Previously Justin held the role of Vice Chairman of Terra Firma. And in 2011 he was awarded a CBE (Commander of the Order of the British Empire)

RICHARD WASSELL

Richard has been involved in commercial property for over 35 years. He established Carter Wassell in 1990, In 2005 Richard formed ‘TwentyRetail’ providing bespoke advice to retail and restaurant brands and commercial players.

Richard was one of the original 4 Board Members that established The People’s Supermarket on Lamb’s Conduit Street. This was to establish an alternative to the Big 6 supermarkets and to provide people who had struggled with drugs and prison, the chance to secure employment.

Richard was one of the first Chairman of the Shop Agents Society. He has also been the Chairman of the Restaurant Property Advisors Society.

ANDREW FISHWICK

Andrew leads the business and commercial strategy for Hestia. He has over 20 years’ experience leading hospitality and culture

He has produced over two dozen West End and Broadway shows, winning Tony Awards, Olivier Awards, Evening Standard Theatre Awards and many more. Andrew returned to the hospitality sector as interim CEO for several organisations which included multi award-winning Michelin Star gastro pub, restaurant groups and hotels.

Andrew is Founder and Chair of SALT, a Non Exec Director of the coffee company All Things Bloom and was a founding Trustee for the charity Home Kitchen.

He was elected as a Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts and holds an MBA and has also been awarded the Freedom of the City of London for services to Business and the Arts.

SIMON JONSSON

Simon has over thirty-five year’s experience in the accountancy profession, including twenty four years as a partner with KPMG LLP.

His background is in M&A , international and family office taxation. He has extensive experience in the food and packaging sectors. Simon is an experienced NED and board advisor. He also has strong CSR credentials, having been a Prince of Wales Ambassador for Socially Responsible Business and an advisory board chair for the BITC Charity.

TOM KRISTENSEN

Tom has an investment banking background as an Equity Analyst for Linde and Partners in his native Denmark but for the past 15 years, he has worked as a CFO working for hospitality businesses including Rosa’s Thai. He led the finance function alongside the founders for 8 years and exited upon the sale to Private Equity. He later led Ceviche and Andina as CFO then CEO. He is also a co-founder and investor in TipJar, a Fintech business which is now Europe’s largest provider of cashless tipping services.

From 2009 to 2011 Tom was CFO of Plymouth Argyle Football Club where he transformed operations and improved the hospitality offering.

Tom holds an Executive MBA from the Bayes Business School as well as an MSc in Accountancy.

MARCUS VINTON

Marcus is a seasoned executive with global brand building experience. As Founder, CEO and Chief Creative Officer for some of the most influential agencies in the sector including Publicis, WPP and Spring, Marcus led innovation and strategy for brands such as ICG Hotels and Maybourne Group, Whitbread and Green King, Soho House Group, Birley Group and Diageo. He worked on campaigns for hospitality and F&B giants including Pernod Ricard, Bacardi, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Heineken, Coca-Cola Co, Mars, Cadbury, Kellogg's and Kraft Heinz and Selfridges.

Marcus is a BAFTA and Cannes award-winning creative who has previously founded digital divisions and entertainment platforms for Sky, WPP, Denstu and Publics which he later led as CCO.

Marcus holds a first-class Bachelor of Arts degree with a Masters in Art History and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

STEVE SMITH

Steve Smith has spent over thirty years in financial markets, including 27 years at Morgan Stanley. There he worked in the Equity division, as a senior sales executive in European markets and more latterly global markets. He also worked closely with colleagues in Fixed Income and hosted the firm’s flagship macro conference in London. Steve also has thirteen years executive experience as a quorate member of the European Equity Underwriting Committee, overseeing 150 IPOs which the firm led, and countless rights issues and secondary offerings.

Steve is an Economics & Politics graduate from University of York.
